We examine the watch and tell you what it needs, what it will cost, and how long it will take.
Agree
You decide whether to proceed. No work starts until you have confirmed.
Return
The watch is returned serviced, tested, and accompanied by a summary of work done.
Service 01
Crystal & Battery Service
Attentive care for quartz watches and minor cosmetic needs. We fit a fresh battery, clean the contacts, polish or replace a scratched crystal where suitable, and review the seals. Where rated, water resistance is confirmed after the work is complete. A simple, useful service to refresh a daily-wear watch.

Service 02
Automatic Service
A complete service for automatic watches running fast, slow, or unevenly. We clean and re-lubricate the movement, inspect the balance and escapement, and regulate across positions for steadier timekeeping. Gaskets are refreshed and the crown checked. Suited to watches worn often.

Service 03
Restoration & Conservation
A measured restoration for older or meaningful watches where preservation matters as much as repair. We overhaul the movement, conserve the case and dial respectfully, and make every cosmetic choice in conversation with you. Original parts are kept wherever possible. Documented throughout.

Written assessment, every time
Every watch receives a written assessment before work begins. You keep a copy. The final invoice matches it.
Timing test on automatics
Every automatic movement is tested on a calibrated timing machine before return. Results are recorded.
Swiss-specification lubricants
We use professional-grade lubricants matched to each movement type and component. Never generic oils.
Water resistance confirmed
For watches with a water resistance rating, we test after service to confirm the seals are performing.
Secure storage while in care
Watches are stored securely and separately throughout the service period. Access is limited to workshop staff.
We contact you if anything changes
If something unexpected is found during service, we contact you before proceeding. Nothing is assumed.
